Be mindful of spending money on trends

Some of the tips I am going to be sharing in the upcoming weeks will be those that I hope you will find helpful in dealing with the current economic situation. These tips will include money-saving tips to update your wardrobe, tips in conducting a job search if you have been laid off, and more. I encourage you to share some of your own tips that you have found useful by adding your comments here. Don’t forget to become a fan of paNASH Style on Facebook @ http://twurl.nl/44tq68 .

One way to update your wardrobe without spending a lot of money is to purchase a few trendy accessories, such as a couple pieces of trendy jewelry or a scarf, and mix those in with your current clothing items. And speaking of trends, while we’ve all heard the advice to invest in classic, timeless pieces of clothing for your wardrobe, this does not apply to those who get bored easily or those who work in a trendy industry such as the music and entertainment industries. If you like to stay on the cutting edge of fashion, you probably won’t get enough wear out of a timeless piece. The thing to remember if you are going to keep up with the trends is to never pay full retail for every trend. Also, spend less on garments in trendy colors that will soon be out of style (remember 80s teal and 90s hunter green?) and more on items in classic colors such as camel, true red, basic black, etc.
